How do I change/reset my account password?

  1. For forgotten passwords, follow this link https://www.playpark.com/en-my to the playpark website and click “log in”.
  2. Click on “Forgot your password” and select your account type.
  3. For Mobile No. accounts, key in your log in mobile no. and you will be guided through the necessary steps following thereafter.
  4. For Email accounts, key in your email and you will be guided through the necessary steps following thereafter.
  5. To edit your password, login to your ID at the playpark website, proceed to Play ID Account > Settings > Password > Edit
  6. Then, key in your old password followed by your new password and you’re done!

How do change my secondary password?

I've keyed in my secondary password incorrectly and my account is blocked, what should I do?

I’ve keyed in my password correctly, but it’s indicating that it’s incorrect.

  1. MoSiang’s client password character is limited to 11 characters. Proceed to the playpark website > log in > edit your password to be below 11 characters.

My account has been banned, what should I do?

Punishable/Bannable offenses

  1. Selling of game account, in-game gold, items or anything related in REAL money.
  2. Displays of racism through chat, messaging, whispers, character names, guild chat, guild name, alliance name or anything related
  3. Displays of disrespecting or mockery of other religions through chat, messaging, whispers, character names, guild chat, guild name, alliance name or anything related
  4. Negative attitudes, offensive language, vulgarities are strictly discouraged and can be a punishable offense resulting in a temporary ban and warning.
  5. Impersonating a GM will result in a permanent ban without warning.
  6. Cheating/scamming players will result in a permanent ban without warning.

Ban Duration

  1. Each offense will/may result in a temporary ban, after 3 warnings, it will result in a permanent ban.

I am constantly disconnecting from the game, what should I do?

  1. Ensure that you have a stable connection, by testing your internet or restarting your internet.

I accidentally sold/discarded by item. Can I get it back?

Common troubleshoot fixes

  1. Kindly follow the standard troubleshoot methods. Disable your firewall, turn off your anti-virus softwar, check your user account control setting, If the problem still persists, “zip” your gameguard folder located in your MoSiang folder, upload it to your google drive and share the link to us for checking.
  2. Email your zip-ed Game Guard folder to cs@cibmall.net , along with your PC specs (OS, Graphic specs, RAM)

I have redeemed my event code but did not receive the items

  1. Check your item mall located at the Warehouse storage NPC, items redeemed by codes should end up in your item mall storage.

  1. Click on this RELOAD button in-game.
  2. You will be directed to a web page where you can select your payment method and payment channel.

PLAYMALL

  1. Log in to your Play ID at https://playmallguide.playpark.com/en-my/
  2. Select the MoSiang game.
  3. Top up to your Play ID account and use your credits to redeem cash in MoSiang.

How do I request for a refund?

  1. Refunds are only allowed under special circumstances.
